@diermakr in Hobart is one of those places that feels like a secret. Tucked away, understated from the outside, but once you're in, it’s like stepping into another world. One of the things I loved most was watching the chefs at work, completely in their element. Every dish told a story, not just of flavour but of the people behind the produce—zucchini from Margaret, tomatoes from Greg. That care and connection really comes through. And the wine pairings? Flawless. Every glass lifted the dish it came with. A thoughtful, surprising experience from start to finish.
