Dinner at @ogee.hobart in Hobart. Small but mighty. Every dish felt like it had just come from the garden or the butcher’s block, prepped with care. The standout? Surprisingly, the humble tomato dish, bursting with flavour and freshness. Though I’ve got to say, that mortadella? Low-key amazing. Would go back in a heartbeat.
