There’s something about @centralbne that keeps pulling me back. I’ve been a few times now, and each visit feels consistently well-paced and thoughtfully delivered. No drama, just good food in a space that knows what it’s doing.
The Lobster Noodle continues to impress. Silky ee-fu noodles, tender lobster, and just enough ginger and shallot to bring it all together — rich, layered, and comforting.
Another favourite are the King Crab + Prawn Spring Rolls. Crisp and full of flavour, paired with a sauce that, and I say this with full respect, reminded me of McDonald’s special burger sauce. Unexpected, nostalgic, and somehow exactly what the dish needed.
Service is always easy and the setting hits that sweet spot between polished and relaxed. Central remains a favourite — quietly confident and reliably excellent.
