@localenoosa is the kind of place that delivers exactly what it promises. Elegant, familiar, and well put together. Nothing pushed boundaries, but everything landed where it needed to. The tagliatelle was the standout: silky ribbons of egg pasta with sweet Fraser Isle spanner crab, chilli, basil, and that buttery lemon pangrattato crunch. Drinks were well balanced and the service was genuinely impressive—warm, attentive, and totally unforced. Solid spot with a team that runs a tight, professional floor.
