Throwback to when I finally ticked off @cutbywolfgangpucksg at @marinabaysands in @visit_singapore. One of those bucket list spots if you’re serious about steak.
I went in ready to be a bit sceptical—because let’s be honest, this isn’t a casual night out kind of bill. But from the moment I sat down, the staff were on point. Warm, attentive, just the right amount of formality without ever feeling stiff.
Went with the Wagyu tasting—a tour through Japan, America, and Australia in three cuts. The Kagoshima Wagyu was as lush as you'd expect, the Snake River Farms had that rich, smoky depth… but it was the Stone Axe Australian Wagyu that absolutely stole the show. Silky, punchy, and left me quietly stunned.
Also had the pork belly, steak tartare, and creamy spinach to round things out. All solid. But that final steak was worth every cent.
