There are sushi joints, and then there’s @komeyui_bris.

The sushi bar is sleek and modern. But once you get settled you realise pretty quickly that these chefs aren’t playing. Everything feels choreographed, not in a showy way, but like watching someone who’s mastered their craft and doesn’t need to prove it.

And then the food is served. In one word: Phenomenal.

Everything is pure quality and every dish is beautifully handled with precision and discipline. No overcomplicated sauces or trendy distractions. I had the Omakase, and I mean it when I say: every bite felt intentional like a real sensory experience.

The humble toro nigiri was my favourite. Fatty, rich, and elegant.

This isn’t where you come when you're hungry. This is where you go when you're ready to respect the fish. Not cheap, but neither is craftsmanship.
