@snackmanbris is mad. In the best possible way. It’s loud, it’s packed, it’s got energy pulsing through the walls, especially on a Friday night. But somehow, even with the crowd, the service was fast and genuinely impressive. That alone deserves a shoutout.
Every dish we tried was solid, with a couple of real standouts. Big thanks to my vegetarian friend who convinced us to branch out a bit. Otherwise, I probably would’ve missed the Jiaoyan Hougu, Salt & Pepper Lion’s Mane Mushrooms. Hands down the dish of the night. Just excellent.
The Hongshao Niurou Mein, those warming beef cheek noodles, came in close second. Deep flavour, tender meat, comforting without being heavy.
It’s not the spot for a quiet catch-up, but if you're chasing high-energy vibes and some seriously well-done Chinese snacks, it’s a no-brainer. I’ll be back. Probably hungry, definitely ready.
