I was lucky to score a table at the opening night in West End. A new neo-Nordic restaurant playing with local Queensland produce. What I experienced was thoughtful, grounded cooking from a team that cares about their craft.
The space hums with quiet passion. You can tell they know this industry is tough. Long hours. Tight margins. Big expectations. And yet, they are here for the love of it.
This place has heart. You can feel it in the food and in the team. I genuinely want to support restaurants like this. If you care about produce, craft and passion on the plate, go.
